• CPS Student Code of Conduct SY 25-26
  The CPS Student Code of Conduct contains student's rights and responsibilities, outlines behaviors and available consequences for any infractions.

• ELSA Safety Plan
  Our emergency procedures guide, including protocols for drills, evacuations, and overall safety preparedness.

• Field Trip Permission Slip (CLICK TO ACCESS)
  Standard form for obtaining parent/guardian permission for off-campus educational trips.

• Internal Substitution Time Sheet
  Used to record and submit time when covering another teacher’s class internally. Submit as directed for documentation and compensation.
