Conditioning Program

IHSCA is excited to introduce our Conditioning Program that is made available to all of our students and student/athletes. Students are encouraged to participate in our conditioning program to lead a healthier and productive lifestyle. 
Our Conditioning Program runs Monday - Friday and will end in June. A maximum of 20 students per day can participate. Students must reserve their spot by signing up. Students can sign up for a day by clicking on the button down below. Once you sign up for a day you must attend that day for the rest of the program's duration. For example, if you sign up for Monday, you will be required to attend conditioning every Monday until the program ends. Absences will result in you losing your reservation.
