Spanish Teacher

The Spanish teacher will report to school principal and instructs students in a Spanish as a second language curriculum that emphasizes the development of strong written, oral, and listening skills in Spanish. The Spanish teacher will aim to increase student’s fluency and comprehension in Spanish while incorporating a health sciences focus into the curriculum. The Spanish utilizes a rigorous curriculum to ensure student readiness for college level Spanish while maintaining a focus on the social-emotional health and wellbeing of the student. The Spanish teacher will implement a curriculum that promotes the development of students who are independent thinkers that utilize IHSCA’s values to complete assignments through bilingual skills.
