Important SAT Testing Information for 11th Grade Students and Families

Date and Time:

Date: Monday, October 16th
Arrival Time: Please arrive at school no later than 7:30 AM

Laptop Requirement:

To participate in the SAT test, students must bring their school-issued laptops. We kindly request that students leave their laptops at school on Friday Oct 13th, before the test to ensure a smooth testing experience.

Dress Code:

Students are permitted to wear jeans or joggers on this day, along with an IHSCA top.

Testing Schedule:

Students in the regular testing group will complete the SAT and be dismissed from school at 11:30 AM.

Extended Time Testing:

Students who have been granted extended time for testing can anticipate finishing and being dismissed at 12:30 PM.

Testing Prep Tips:

Preparing for the SAT is essential, and here are a couple of tips to help you perform your best:

Get Plenty of Rest: Ensure you get a good night's sleep before the test day. Being well-rested will help you stay focused and alert during the exam.
Stay Calm and Confident: On the day of the test, take deep breaths, stay positive, and believe in your preparation. Confidence can make a significant difference in your performance.
