Welcome to IHSCA's second semester! Semester 2 schedules are now live in PowerSchool. Students should log into powerschool to see their schedules. Any students that need support with their schedules will be redirected to the community room to see their academic advisor. Let's have a great second half of the school year!

Bienvenidos al segundo semestre de IHSCA! Los horarios del semestre 2 ya están disponibles en PowerSchool. Los estudiantes deben iniciar sesión en powerschool para ver sus horarios. Cualquier estudiante que necesite apoyo con sus horarios será redirigido a la sala comunitaria para ver a su asesor académico. Vamos a tener una gran segunda mitad del año escolar!

Dear IHSCA Families,

Our second quarter parent meeting will be held in the evening on Wednesday January 25th. Doors open at 5:30pm with the meeting starting promptly at 6:00pm. The attendance and participation of parents is expected and required. Parents will receive information about second semester updates, schedules, testing dates, events, and other important information. Coffee and sweet bread provided.

Nuestra reunión de padres del segundo trimestre es el miércoles 25 de enero por la noche. Las puertas se abren a las 5:30pm y la reunión comienza puntualmente a las 6:00pm. Se espera y requiere la asistencia y participación de los padres. Los padres recibirán información sobre las actualizaciones del segundo semestre, los horarios, las fechas de las pruebas, los eventos y otra información importante. Café y pan dulce proporcionado.

IHSCA will be having a free Dental Clinic on Friday February 24th. Dentists will be coming to the school and will be giving free dental exams. No insurance needed. Families must fill out a consent form and return it to school. Consent forms must be turned in by Friday, February 10th. Consent forms are available at the IHSCA Main Office. If families need help filling out the form they may stop by the school to receive help.

IHSCA tendrá una Clínica Dental gratuita el viernes 24 de febrero. Los dentistas vendrán a la escuela y darán exámenes dentales gratuitos. No se necesita seguro. Las familias deben llenar un formulario de consentimiento y devolverlo a la escuela. Los formularios de consentimiento deben entregarse antes del viernes 10 de febrero. Los formularios de consentimiento están disponibles en la oficina principal de IHSCA. Si las familias necesitan ayuda para completar el formulario, pueden pasar por la escuela para recibir ayuda.

Access testing for all ELL students will run from January 23rd to February 24th. Students must be prepared to be present. There will also be a Bilingual Advisory Committee meeting for parents of ELL students on January 25th starting at 5:00pm.
